According to the reports, the all-new iPhone 12 would come equipped with this 20W charger when it will be launched by the tech giant Apple.

The tech giant Apple began distributing fast chargers for the first time with its iPhones from last year. However, it did not provide the fast charger with all iPhone models, only with the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, that comes with an 18W charger with fast charge and USB-C port.

But, now, according to this information, the iPhone fast charger would gain 2W more power and maintain the USB-C type port. But, here, what is unclear is which iPhone models will feature this power adapter.
But, according to the speculations, this new fast charger could arrive with up to four models of iPhone 12, and here they are mentioned below:-
- iPhone 12: It will feature a 5.4-inch OLED Retina display and dual camera.
- iPhone 12 Mac: It will feature a 6.1-inch OLED retina display and dual camera.
- iPhone 12 Pro: It will feature a 6.1-inch OLED retina display, ProMotion, and triple camera with LiDAR.
- iPhone 12 Pro Max: It will feature a 6.7-inch OLED retina display, ProMotion, and triple camera with LiDAR.
If Apple decided to follow last year’s scheme, then the 20W adapter fast charger will definitely come with the last two “Pro” models only. The rest of the models could stay with the normal 5W charger that is currently available with the iPhone 11, which doesn’t offer the fast charging.
Till September we will not be able to know any exact news about the charger, but surely will be able to know some essential news in the coming days. Here, what is certain is that going from 18W to 20W will be a slight improvement in charging speed.
Apart from this, there is another element that is also speculated and could change in the next iPhone is the EarPods. According to multiple reports, Apple may stop incorporating them into the iPhone 12 models.
